1. Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Outdoor Channel Outfitters Trip Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Outfitters Holding Company, Outdoor Channel, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, production, advertising, and promotional agencies, vendors, suppliers, agents and participating retailers as well as the immediate family (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and household members of each such individual are not eligible. The Grand Prize winner will be required to have a valid driver’s license or proof of identification. Failure to comply with each of these requirements will result in the forfeiture of the Grand Prize.
2. TO ENTER: The Trip Giveaway begins at 5:01pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 06/15/10 and ends at 12:00 p.m. on 09/15/10 (“the Entry Period”). During this period you may enter the Trip Giveaway by one of the following methods:

By Mail: Hand print your name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” piece of paper. Mail your entry to: Outdoor Channel Outfitters Trip Giveaway, 1523 Old Valdosta Rd., Ray City, GA 31645. Mailed entries must be received by 09/15/10Limit one entry per person, per day, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries given will void all entries. Trip Giveaway entries become property of Outdoor Channel Outfitters and will not be returned. Trip Giveaway entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or mechanically reproduced are void. Outdoor Channel Outfitters assumes no responsibility for, as the case may be, lost, late or improperly submitted entries. 3. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Potential Trip Giveaway winner and other prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on 09/15/10 from among all eligible entries received by Outdoor Channel Outfitters. Potential winners will be notified by email or telephone at the sole discretion of Outdoor Channel Outfitters. The winners will have 1 week (7 days) to respond to phone and or email notification. If winners do not respond with 7 days, the trip will be awarded to another person.

GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree to these rules and decisions of Outdoor Channel Outfitters which shall be final in all respects relating to the Trip Giveaway; to release, discharge and hold harmless the Trip Giveaway and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (collectively “Release Parties”) from any and all liability, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Trip Giveaway or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury or death (including any travel or related activity hereto); and if a winner, to the use by Outdoor Channel Outfitters and its designees of name, likeness, biographical information, city, state, and/or photography for advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known without compensation, notification or permission and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so by Outdoor Channel Outfitters, unless otherwise prohibited by law. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to allow Outdoor Channel Outfitters to send newsletters, updates and promotional information to their email or postal address. Upon award of Trip Givaway Grand Prize, the following items/costs are the responsibility of winner:1. All transportation to and from destination2. All license, tags and fees required and applicable by State and/or Game Laws3. All tips, gratuities and/or shipping charges to or from Outfitter4. Lodging, unless otherwise stated in the Grand Prize description.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties are not responsible and shall not be liable for: any telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunctions, or any human error which may occur in the processing of entries; failed incomplete, garbled, damaged, misdirected, undelivered or stolen entries or mail, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Trip Giveaway; and reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Trip Giveaway or any portion thereof should any causes beyond the control of Outdoor Channel Outfitters corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the suspect entries received prior to cancellation.
